Hi,

I was working on a website a couple of years ago and it had a lot of unique content on it. I let the domain expire and the content is no longer indexed in Google. It is also not in Archive. I wanted to get a website up in the same niche again but I am wondering can I reuse this content? The content was of a really high quality. What does everyone think?

I think you can use the same content or spin the articles little bit?
 
If it's not indexed, should be safe. Try to test first with copy scape.
 
I would also echo the same comment, if the content is no more lying indexed and as a safe measure if even copyscape returns the content as less than 20pc pliagrised.... go ahead and use it confidently.
 
I was thinking the same thing but I thought would Google not have it indexed in an archive library of its own? Again Im not sure on this just thinking out loud
 
you can use the content if it is not indexed, check with Copyscape, and update the content if it is required.
 
My 2 cents, run thru Copyscape as others have mentioned, update the material with another 30-1000 words per article
and have at it. even if google has an old index of it somewhere, they will view it as fresh content.
 
after copyscape you should defo put it up, I put up deindexed content back on a new site, and it indexed faster than ever.
 
Ive ran the content through copyscape it is coming back as no results which mean it isnt indexed anywhere. I think I should be able to use it
 
Check with copyscape, or small seo tools. If there is no problem, then publish it. Good luck.
 
I will be updating the content but I just wanted to make sure that I can reuse the old content. I did pay a lot for it and I don't want it to be wasted
 
It wont be wasted. From my experience just publish it and that's it.
 
Reuse it and sprinkle COVID-19 throughout.
