Anybody here had problems with monetization due to reused content? is there any way to reuse content?

Yeah, thousands of creators get hit with reused content every day. YouTube's automated system is insanely good at flagging unedited clips.
The only way to reuse content and actually get monetized is to add significant transformative value. That means heavy editing, split-screen, zooming, adding your own unique voiceover commentary, or reacting face-to-camera. If you just stitch raw clips together with a basic filter, your channel will get demonetized sooner or later.

To reuse content you'll have to edit it heavily. If you plainly reuse your or other's people content there's a chance that you'll get shadow banned.

Youtube flags files based on video and audio hash matching. To bypass Content ID, break the file signature: alter speech, flip the video frames, and add custom background sound over the track.

it has been an issue with YT for years now, even before the Ai was really good at detecting. Even if they do not hit you with the reused content they will still rank you low if it is now original high value content. There are simply too many other people posting original content that they will give priority

This wouldn't help when it is manually reviewed.

Yes reused content can hurt monetization, but if you heavily transform it with editing, voiceover, and new value added, it becomes safer and more acceptable.

No, don't re-use other peoples content. Its the same as stealing, and shows you lack any creative skills in your being. If you're proud that you don't have an imagination to build fun and interesting videos of your own, then sure you can use other peoples content, and just expect to get a hard "F You" from google when they get multiple alerts from people that your stealing content, and you waste a payment gateway, never to get it back! lol

Yes, it is a common issue. If you want to reuse content safely, frame it as a movie review, a sports breakdown, or a reaction video. just make sure your analysis is the main focus of the video, not the clips you are using.
