What I want to do is extract audio from one video, paste it on another, generate subtitles. But tiktok sends me the limitation warning. I also tried stock video from pexels but nothing

Are you saying upload water marked videos, or reuse the voice.

Pretty sure they check the images not the audio, u should crop+zoom nd rotate possibly
