Reuploading TV shows on youtube

Hey,
I'm wondering what the worst possible scenario could be if I were to reupload tv shows to youtube and monetise them (apparently they aren't in the Content Id system as they can pass it easily). Also these are European tv shows if it matters. Does Youtube give out personal information to companies or do they just terminate the account?

Yes , you can end up with life imprisonment or death penalty for that crime.

Imprisonment would be the worst but it's an unlikely scenario and depends on which country do you live in. At one point, these shows will be added into Content ID and your account will be terminated.

Your videos will be copyrighted, even if you capture the video via mobile or something. The Real Owners or Network hunts based on the keyword you've placed on your title.

You wont be able to go far with this niche or method. Sooner or later you will get your channel banned.

No, this is all original reuploaded content. But the creators dont seem to give a fck. This is all stuff from a national tv program (like bbc, but my country), and every resident must pay a mandatory monthly fee and all content produced is available online and there are loads of movies woth 50-100k views & up I think either they havent caught up with the time or just don't give a fck
