Reuploading niche articles can work?

You mean using duplicate content? It's not a good idea if you're trying to rank the site.
If you want to be in Google's good book, then 'reuploading niche articles' is not something you should be seriously considering.
Invest in original articles. Alternatively, rewrite the articles to make them unique. You can do that yourself if you have decent grasp of the English language or you can hire someone to do so.

You CAN do that but you SHOULD NOT. Otherwise, your online experience would be more painful than profitable.
Why not write your own content or re-write someone else's? If you don't have time to do that or if you have some challenges in your writing, outsourcing that is an option for you.
