I've tried xhamster. The video does not go through. No matter if you only place a watermark or put the link in desc. or title, it gets removed.

That has been my experience so far, no luck getting past them.
 
According Xhamster policy, They don't allow any kind watermark on video, But other part is good that you can grab all non watermarked video from Xhamster,
Watermark them and distribute everywhere.

yeah, some asshole is after my account, yesterday got a complaint from a cairo attorney who claimed 8 best of my videos with 1 mil views and the rest over 600k in views / video.
Check this out, this so called attorney represents people from cairo , but not a single video was with girls from cairo.
Fuck this type of people bashing on other people stuff.
I see people with 10 - 100 accounts doing this method wonder if they got the same problem with false complaints.

no m8, listen, videos was from different part of the world and not a single one from cairo. anyway ... I'm waiting for the solution, been here before, it will be solved and videos removed , too bad.

yeah, I used this method to drive traffic to my sites or with chaturbate revshare, only from 2 weeks i'm using crak, and still testing witch offer works best for me...

well, i just mean that you know you didn't produce your content either way.. so the inquiry is somewhat legitimate. not that they would or that they should but pretty sure they could sue you for copyright infringement.

maybe the lawyer moved or something? i dunno..

im just saying i think you should just take it down, and be thankful that a major company isn't wanting to sue you for damages or whatever you made

When you get a complaint you can't remove the video until the issue it's solved.
You know that everyone of us trying this method will not have copyright videos right ? We found videos over the internet and click bait them .
Nevermind, yes you are right every asshole can say your best video it's theirs and xvideos will take it down, seems fair.

yea it seems murky water, because all of the different studios and its on xvideos and all of the affiliate programs. but basically copyright law ISN'T murky. the way the law is is that if you dont own it, dont touch it. even if you touch it from someone else, you don't know if they got it legitimately, and you could be on the hook as well. but yea, for it to get this far, im sure it's legitimate. i dont see xvids entertaining an avg user demand a video taken down, unless it flagged or against TOS

i had my most popular video removed as well. i wasn't notified about it but it had almost half of my views
