Yes, you're right with your concerns. Being in Germany, I would never try this method. Since, theoretically, you're not going to get a hold of videos that are completely copyright-free. Sometimes the owners won't bother, but you can never be sure of that.
Yes, this method works for people in many countries. Not just third world countries though: In Europe we have quite a few countries where no one gives a damn about uploading copyright stuff. Italy for example, to name one. There people use torrents on a daily without ever having any consequences. In Germany, on the other hand, torrenting is like a suicide mission.
So, my kind advice to people from Germany: Hands off this method.
It's a "black hat" method. Of course, you cannot re-upload other materials.
But if it's not watermaked as it's said in the guide, and the download button in xhamster is avaiable, why you cannot?
Xvideos often flag automatically copyrighted videos, and if you persist in uplodaing them, it can ban you account.
That's why a lot of softwares like xvideojazz has the feature to create multiple accounts and upload to them.
Consider that you are only adding "- namesite".

The thing is that copyright infringements, especially when it's about uploading (sharing) copyrighted material, can have pretty harsh legal consequences in Germany. It's like this for torrents/P2P and pretty much everyone knows it now. And I think that the same principle applies to uploads on porn sites as the ones mentioned here.
This is why I was warning people from Germany.
How can you know that is a copyrighted material if are not watermaked or owned by anyone specifically?
I mean most of them are live cam recording.
Can you suggest me a software, mate? What exactly job is it needed for?

Note that I do not know about other jurisdictions, I am only talking about the German legal system:
In Germany it's pretty easy: The law defines as "copyrighted" every work (e.g. movies) produced by a person. So, in other words, if you create something, you have the copyright and other related rights. This means that if you don't have the explicit permission from the copyright holder, the reproduction / copying of the material is an infringement.
As you see, it's not about whether it's watermarked or not, because you know that it's owned by someone, since someone created that work.

Some people told us to use Adobe Premiere to watermark the videos. This seems to be a nice software for doing this job. Everytime I produce some videos the file size of the videos are very large. Even if I compress the files the file size is often over 1 GB. Do you use some special configuration for exporting the videos as a file or do you use a special software for the compression of the files ?
Don't mess with Adobe. You dont need it.
Use videotoolbox which is free.
Or Aoao video watermark pro.
But... YOU DO NOT NEED TO WATERMARK ANYTHING using this Method!
If you watermark your videos would be more exposed to copywright claim and your channel sooner or later would be banned.

How do you get approved with CrackRevenue? They rejected my app. Is it because I listed PornHub as the source of how I will be promoting? Is Crack the only option or is there any other way to make money with this method?
