It could be half true. Assumption: These Tubesites make money from YOUR uploads, because they have ads and partners themself. So maybe some of them have a warningsystem in the backend that shows them Videos with URLs in title, but not all get removed because if a videos is getting good views from itself by natural attention they like to keep it to generate more money. (for the tube company). I personal reckon that xvideos will change their policy to "We dont allow URL in title" in 2016. At the moment they seem to be cool with it.

During registration at Crakravenue, one of their requires is to give URL of your main sources of traffic/sites. What should I put there? Regarding this method, I need to have only domain (which I have), no sites with traffic etc. What then I should put in that mandatory field in order to use Adrian's method?
