So i started doing this a couple of days ago and one of my videos got 15k views overnight. I got 118 uniques and two leads, should i have more leads or is this normal?

It's quite normal, with more videos you will get more clicks, more leads and more money.

Looks a bit shady. That's 4,3millions clicks to your ads. I doubt anyone in the industry can achieve that hight number with watermarking & re uploading content.

'Hide your ass' how? If you're only referring to proxies then that doesn't shield you if someone wanted to find you they can search your domain -I think it's easy enough to beat whois if someone wanted- or threaten your network to rat you out.
