To achieve and maintain this daily revenue you have to upload thousands every day continuously.
I don't know any available for free.
If you're willing to pay, XvideosJazz or AVS - Adult are decent options.
I'm writing my own bot, for personal use, maybe i'll share it sometime in the future. Actually, even mediocre coders could easily make a xhamster downloader and xvideos uploader, it's not that complicated.

Install iMacros for Firefox, it doesn't automate the entire process but for free you can create a tool to assist you.
To download videos use the Download Helper extension.
An example of effective workflow is to have 2 Firefox windows, one to download videos and the other one to upload them with a macro.
