Retweet Scraper

Hi
I'm looking for someone who can make me a program that can scrape retweets. I need to be able to enter the URL of a tweet and then the program will gather all the usernames of people who retweeted it. It then must be able to save the usernames in a text file. Let me know if you can do this and give me your price.
