Returning Replicas to store.

If there is even a tiny chance a scheme can fail miserably, you just have to do it often enough to see it fail miserably. And what you present here couldn't be further from waterproof. It's exactly the careless juvenile "fast money" bullshit that separates the wheat from the chaff by bringing those who are too stupid or greedy to reject it into jail.

I wonder how your plan looks like for being caught in a trap red handed and being blamed for every return fraud in the area in the last years (of which there will be a lot if walmart really buys goods without receipt). The accusations backed by an uncomfortable amount of blurry video evidence and minimum wage witnesses against you. I bet you never considered that scenario. Believe me, it's highly probable. And you don't even have to be black.

Be thankful the store employees were friendly and didn't let you run into the open knife on the spot. In a bad mood it can be very satisfying to fuck up a loser who tries to be clever.

Do you even bother to proof read the shit you say?

Give me a fucking break. No walmart employees are going to get you to run into a open knife. Do you even live in the us? Walmart employees don't give a fuck about their jobs. They see people steal shit all the time and just look away. Not them thats losing money.

Now tell me this smartass,how are the minimum wage, high school education workers going to spot a fake when literary everything is a exact copy,COA, barcodes,EVERYTHING.


Now if some way in hell they did then all one has to do is say I bought it on Criagslist. No law broken there dumbass.
 
I had the jitters reading the OP's update. He's doing a pretty high risk thing here. Endorphine's post is wayy over the top though. But I do think because wolmart did take your identity information, if they realise the s0ftware's a fraud afterwords they'd just press charges on you and youd be in trouble. But cuz it is walmart what are the chances theyed figure that out, so maybe go to a different walmart (like u think someone else mentioned)

When you run out of stores, and bills begin to pile up again, you can start going to nearby churches asking how much will they pay if you agree to convert to christianity / remain christian. Then the mosques and so on.

However,as a update this WORKS. I just did it out of town with Adobe PhotoShop.
 
yea i have always considered this but it is a serious crime so i have avoided it:(
 
doesn't work, trust me the guys working there might not be interested at all and don't mind but the barcodes are designed well by the companies and they all know this trick. It used to work but does no more. Also every store that sells software has at least 1 camera and you cannot go in there without revealing your face!

A lot of people are complicating things, Walmart just doesn't accept returns for this stuff. I once bought some Quicken product turns out that someone shoplifted the CD Key and install discs from the box and I couldn't return it due to policy. If that policy didn't exist, I'm pretty sure he would have gotten away with it.

but then again if it didn't exist and he would have gotten away with it once, it would only take 1 week for the management to decide a "no return for software with keys" policy ;)
 
Your best bet is to return it to Sam's Club. Their return policies are so lax and they have a decent amount of software. They should sell office.

fully understand US laws, clearly you do not, if you are knowingly trying to return something that was not purchased from that store you are breaking the law---you said above I would say I bought it on craigslist!!

Explain to me WHY people give you the receipts when you buy things on criagslist like cell phones,tv's and other expensive things..

YOu will not get arrested for failing to return a product that wasn't bought there end of story.
Having a picture of you from Surveillance cams is useless against a minor.
A)By law they cannot publicize your picture(displaying it,even in the break room) saying not allowed here bla bla.
B) having no criminal background they have no ways to start a search for you.
C)you get banned from walmart,oh shit end of the world.
Just like you will NOT get arrested for putting items from walmart in your pocket. You have to be seen trying to leave the store with the items in your pocket.

Fact is this method works weather you wish to believe me or not.

you are just adding things all the time, now you are saying you had the receipt from Walmart from Craigslist, that was NEVER said above

Back in college I had a few years that I got caught up in stealing and beating the system. It was a lot of fun at the time but looking back at it, it was by no means worth the risk, If I had ever gotten caught it would have made getting a decent job in my field (Computer Engineering) very difficult. So my suggestion is to not think about the immediate future but look ahead and see how it might effect you later in life. As an aside this is a very low level scam that I would consider not well thought out or planned. If you insist on compromising yourself then I would recommend coming up with much better scams with a higher payout, but as I said before please don't.
