retrieving a forgotten twitter username

hello good people...is it possible to retrieve a forgotten twitter username using the email i used to sign up with?...if this is possible please let me know how.

You can log into a Twitter account using the phone number, the email address or the username. You don't know the username, but you know the email address, so if you know the password, you can simply login with the email address. If you don't know the password, ask for a password reminder to the email address you registered with. If you don't have access to the email address, that will be an issue.
Alternatively Ii you have access to the email address you registered with, you can also search for emails from Twitter (such as the welcome email), you can find your Twitter username there too.

some people just dont wanna expend a little effort. sad but true.
