Retrieve/Extract Data from a submitted form

Hi. I am wondering if it’s possible to scrape leads from web form submissions (the contact us form) on a website that I don't own. If this is possible, I'd like to hire someone for this job. This will be used for lead generation. I don’t have a specific website to use. I would find websites that match my target audience and try to retrieve the information. I am trying to collect the data submitted through each website. For example, if 5 people submitted the "contact us" form today on a website, I want to collect this information from the 5 people.

I would like to get the data on demand in the future, so I would request the ability to pull this data whenever I need it. The best format to display is in Google Sheet/Excel/CSV, if this is possible. Thank you!
