Retargeting Linkedin connections on Facebook

Yo! Wondering if there is a way of automating retargeting on Facebook AND Linkedin?
I currently get 20-25ish new connections each day, and I would like them to automatically go into a custom audience where I can retarget these people on both Facebook and Linkedin.
The plan is to make a "personal" company page on Linkedin, I just need a way to automate the audence audience.
Any suggestions?

I don't understand. You want to target people on LinkedIn and then move on to their Facebook as well?
 
Give them a website or a landing page to visit, why not a free guide, content...so the pixel will collect the visitors
 
You can choose to retarget by website, video ads, Lead Gen Forms ,a LinkedIn Event
 
I want to pick up their emails from an automated profile visit (dux soup can do this).

And then use their first, last + email for both custom audiences on FB + LI.

Have anyone has experience with this?

If I'm getting the original post right, this seems like a solid idea for it. Alternatively, targeting Facebook and Linked (vise versa) would only be really possible if the user has the same email used for Facebook and Linked in, assuming that information set as public and they are searchable from email at all.
