    Question for the forum:

I have a local SEO lead and theyre offering $1500 a month. I'm looking at the niche though, and I am pretty sure that I can help them rank in the top 3 map pack ranking. Based on what I understand and have learned in terms of the niche, I am betting that a top 3 ranking will get a steady flow of leads in what is a pretty lucrative market. I proposed a revshare plan, and client would only pay me portion of profit from organic leads. Client is open to this, but am now debating numbers/metrics.

Has anyone else here done such a partnership, and if so, can I ask what was the revenue share breakdown? And feel free to add any other tips/notes that may be helpful for exploring/ironing out this sort of partnership.

    TIA
