Hi guys! i wanna tell u about my first earnings on clickbank. My english is not good but i will try.
I promote one of product on Clickbank. I get 500 hops with 2 sales (120$+) =this is good result??

There are so many variables that determine if it is a good result or not. It really comes down to did you make a profit? did you get more in return out of your time/money invested that you would do it again? If yes, then keep pushing ahead and trying different tweaks to see if they give you more or less returns.

How are you expecting us to tell you if this is good results? Did you make a profit?

YES: Good results, good scale this up now, right now!
NO: Split-test, or change your niche.

p.s: If this is targeted traffic, you're numbers are really bad.
