Restricting Countries on fanpage?

If i restrict some country do i loose those likes ? & if so when i take the countries of restriction it back on do i gain those likes from the countries back?

Nope you won't lose the likes, your posts won't reach their newsfeed and the reach of your page will reduce, that's it. It will be normal again after you remove the restriction..
