Restricted Google Ads products hidden behind a members-only section?

I have an ecommerce store in the nutra field running Google Ads (white hat) for a few years now; no cloaking, just carefully chosen products that wouldn't flag my campaigns.
I'd like to expand my product list with some popular products, but some are restricted by google and get my campaigns unapproved.
I've thought of two different work arounds, but I'm still concerned that it may end up getting my current long-running ads taken down when the site is crawled again.

Method 1:
The restricted products are only shown when you register and log in. I'm assuming this wouldn't allow the product page to be crawled and detected, but not sure if this is against Google Ads TOS.
Method 2:
Sending out a passworded pdf catalog of the restricted products and their SKUs (passworded because google indexes pdf files). There would be a public 'Catalog Product' product page with variable option to choose the SKU corresponding to a product in the pdf. The SKU would mask the product.

Are either of these a viable option? Does this violate the TOS? In the case a manual audit is done, could this be a problem?
Google Ads are currently the only ads I'm running driving traffic to the site, so I need to make sure this wont affect my site and lead to campaign disapproval .

In restricted niches such as nutra, etc, do not forget that NOWADAYS, apart from algorithmic bot visits, they also do human visits. Keeping that in mind, plan your strategy.
Another way is to create another Google Ads account (not related in anyway to your actual Google Ads account) and run an effectively cloaked campaign, wherein the white page and money page are created for the purpose of a cloaked campaign. For nutra, such a Google Ads account lasts for a few weeks (nowadays). Once suspended, rinse and repeat with the next Google Ads account.

I've been running Google Ads for almost 3 years without issue and no cloaking.
I made a second site with different test products and started a campaign for it to see which products were flagged when it was under review. From here, I picked the products for my ecommerce site that were ok.
If I were to create a second Google Ads account for cloaking, I definitely wouldn't want to lead to good-standing site and I would just have to start another domain entirely. I wouldn't want to risk being caught cloaking and ruin my good standing account.

Is putting restricted products behind a members-only section actually violating any Google policies, though?

Anyone know if this violates Google Ads ToS?

Is creating a second sister site with the restricted products and promoting it on the white hat campaigned page against Google Ads rules?
