All of a sudden I get the message "As a security precaution you can't take this action because your computer may be infected with a virus or a malicious browser extension.

Anyone have a similar issue ? How to prevent it ?
What I have been doing is :
posting links on 10 profiles daily
i post about 8 links
but all of the links point to different domains each time
so I never post the same link twice
i post status to make it look real and I also post pictures
this message seems to be linked to my account but I'd just like to know how I can prevent it for the future
