Hey guys, another thread on this subject. Unfortunately, my income is solely dependent on Facebook Ads and last week just got permanently restricted from adverting after Identity Confirmation failed.
Always did eCommerce and this year, after moving to another country, I had to register a new business and for that I created a new BM through my wife's account.
This BM is verified for an eCommerce store (the name of business matches the website) and had 1 ad account where we ran some ads but were not charged. For this reason, the ad account limit stuck to 1.
In the meantime, I saw a great opportunity in another market and had to create a new store. Since my ad account limit was 1, I decided to create a new BM with my wife's personal account and all info there was the same as my other verified BM.
After running some ads for the new store the problems started.
First, the BM got restricted asking for Identity Confirmation. I've submitted and it failed.
A couple of days later, I was automatically charged for the balance pending on the verified BM and my ad account limit became 3.
After Identity Confirmation on the 2nd BM I had my new stores domain stuck there.
However, after some YouTube researching I managed to release the domain using the Inspect method.
I kept the 2nd BM under my personal account still, because there was some cents pending for payment and I needed the invoice.
1 week later my personal ad account requested Identity Confirmation and I got permanently restricted after it failed.
I removed myself from my verified BM and was managing the business through my wife's account, same IP address same laptop.
Ran page likes campaign for the new store's page for a couple of days.
Scheduled the first conversion ad and it got rejected but after a manual review it got approved.
When I tried to do the second campaign, the ad account got instantly disabled. A review can be requested but Identity must be confirmed first.
I have a familiar in another location where I can manage ads from. What should I do?
If I can run ads my wife's account, it's fine for me.
Does deleting my personal fb account, formatting laptop to install a new OS and changing IP will help?
