Restricted Facebook Advertising

Hey!

So I had my personal account on FB connected with the page I was running for my home business shop.

But I haven't used it since 3 years ago(ads/the ads manager), now when I got back for some reason my account got restricted for violating some rules that I didn't commit, and its permanent.

I was the only one that had full control over the page. Now when I try to add someone else to get full control of the page I cant.

That means I lost the page that I built up. Is there some way to restore it, or give anyone permission to run ads? Any recommendations?

You can visit that Site and start granting access to others.

yes . Maybe you have violated Facebook's rules in the past, so it's obvious that you will be restricted. You can look for reputable agencies that provide stronger accounts for further advertising use

I actually dont know what triggered restrict, since it happened last year..
They didn't specify anything.

I tried giving access to someone else on the page but I get some error that its "not possible to add that user"

So that means my page is gone?

Your page doesn't disappear. The reason lies in the fact that the ruling FB's records have been limited.

Go to Ads Manager, then navigate to 'Account Quality' and you can start your appeal there. Please prepare identification documents that match your FB account.

I did appeal actually. Yes my page is not gone, and its health quality is excellent.

I sent ID documents and stuff yes

But idk why I cant add someone else to do Page administration, its weird

Whenever a FB account is restricted, we can still grant access to the Page to others. You can check the account again and grant access again to the new account.
 
the only thing now is that you should use an agency ad account because your account has been permanently restricted

Thats what I wanted to hear, so yesterday when I was trying to do it said "I cant add that user", I will try today again. Do you have some tips/requirements I should follow before I do it?

Your page is not restricted, the problem is that your advertising account has been disabled by Facebook, you can replace a new account and continue your work
 
To start using fb and running business. You should read fb policy carefully. They have updated and changed many policies.
You can check the problem in Account quality section. With page, it will be page status. Then, you can try to contact with fb support team.

Your page is not restricted, just ads account has been disabled, you can contact with FB support team to add account as admin in your page

Yes, I've tried so much to get in contact with Facebook. They made it so hard I just get frustrated. Came across one "appeal" email. Sent.. No response...

Can you tell me your way of getting into contact with Facebook support?
