Hi, I am a licensed locksmith is the USA and being able to run local service ads in google requires "advanced verification". I am in the process of this as it is extremely difficult, time consuming, to pass everything in timely manner.

My question is this: Since locksmithing is restricted, I cannot use keywords like lock, keys, or anything appertaining to locksmith stuff- but I do know that roadside assistance and towing companies do lockouts for locked cars- how are they not being flagged as locksmiths? In other words, how can I setup a campaign and landing page so it doesn't come off as restricted? I cannot afford to lose my ads account as this is the only ad platform I have to use to make my living on the digital front (other than referrals and word of mouth).

I am already verified as a business and have a Google My Business profile.

I do not do any other roadside assistance tasks such as battery jumps, towing, or tire changes and stuff, only lockouts because I am a locksmith.

How can I do this without risking violating terms or restricted categories until I am completely verified with advanced verification?

I guess to summarize, I want to be able to pass off as a roadside assistance service without sounding like a locksmith- and to use terms like lockout services. Should I just avoid the work keys or locks? But I do that, I don't want to waste clicks by people needing jump starts and tows..

You can avoid violating Google ad restrictions by positioning it as "emergency vehicle unlocking" and avoiding the use of restricted words such as "lock" or "key."
