I have a work strategy in Adsense from accepting the site to the advertising campaign and making profits, but I suffer from restricting ads every month, is there a solution to unblock the ads on my account?

If you are constantly breaking their rules, then there isn't, and you could even get a permanent ban. Check their policies and see how you can adjust your strategy so that it meets their standards.
