Restored Profile asks for document as soon as campaign goes up

Save guys, good afternoon, I'm having a problem with a client of mine, he has a lot of profile restored, but as soon as the campaign goes up, Facebook asks for a document, do you know how to solve this? he's having a hard time continuing to scale his sales.

If it's asking for an ID confirmation, that's quite normal.
