if you want to restart your account, you should spend the first 3-5 days posting organic posts to build credibility for the page. then run light ads with a budget of about 100-200k/day for posts with good interaction, then gradually increase when the account is stable.

I often do that too, only post organically for the first week to warm up the page and then run light ads. Doing so will make the account more stable, less limited and CPM is also softer
