HELLO!

Love you guys, you have helped me through so much.

And i've found success! so everyone persuing there dreams don't stop!

THE KNOWLEDGE I SEEK:

I'm getting a lot of google reviews for my business. I'm hesitant to reply to them.

How does replying to reviews effect SEO? Should I cater my responses to suit my keywords like everything else?

Psychologically wise; I like the idea of not involving myself in a client/customer review. It makes it seem authentic when I'm not giving my opinion. They are leaving reviews for other customers, and they don't want to hear from me when looking for reviews?

Anyway; In short:

***** What's best for SEO in terms of responding to GMB reviews ?

Thanks guys, some of you have really changed my life.

Onward!

Unless you're pressed for time, it couldn't really hurt it. It's an indication that you care about the reputation of your company, even if there are no SEO benefits.

It is a good sign to respond to your clients (even on the negative reviews). It shows you're a pro.

I think that commenting is really good idea.
Why?
Because that is about interaction and connection.
I'm sure that is really good option.

Whether you receive a positive or negative review, it's important to respond to that review in an effort to show your customers and search engines your commitment to customer satisfaction.

It's not rocket science really. A natural business practice will be to answer reviews (bad or good ones) so go for it.

Either bad or good ones, it is always a good idea to reply to the GMB reviews. But you must not forget to reply to the negative ones. Address the unhappy customers' issues and assure them of providing good service the next time.
