Resources you WANT as an affiliate?

So I just recently launched by new product on Clickbank and have been working hard on making sure my affiliates have excellent resources to promote my product.

So far I have added text links, banners, keyword lists, videos and email swipes.

As an affiliate, what other resources do you like to see offered by a vendor?

There is probably enought resources. What I like when I'm affiliate is easy way to communicate with vendor, like Skype or direct email (I'm not sure if that is allowed in clickbank).
