Similarly, he is also trying to deceive people. Please block his account to prevent more people from being cheated.

‌‌‌‌‌It's been several days and he's still continuously trying to scam, yet you haven't banned his account.

Yeah, we gave them ample opportunity to do the right thing.

I quit watching disputes but randomly took a look at this one.

Yeah... this is it. I can't bare to watch this anymore, tbh.

This is one of the worst talk ever, and converted into money.

Repeated messages, but for you, and so on. Red flags everywhere.

Take care guys, member with 135 posts march 17 2024 indeed has nothing to risk here.

Members with opened dispute shouldn't be allowed to DM anyone. This guy was clearly using mods time and had two, three days to keep scamming people while he was taking a long time to answer this thread on purpose.
And definitely already back here on BHW to scam more people, so it makes no sense if it takes days.

If a member has an open dispute, it should display a warning indicating that they have an unresolved "Buy/Sell" dispute, with a message like "Proceed at your own risk," similar to the notice shown after a ban.

I guess with Xenforo, this shouldn't be too hard to achieve. Perhaps a member could be assigned the "Dispute" role if there is an active Dispute Resolution thread against them, which would then display a warning/message visible to everyone until it is removed - dispute resolved.

If a member has an open dispute they are not permitted to sell but it also makes sense that if you are going to do business with someone on the forum you do proper due diligence and part of that is checking in this subforum to see if they have ever been involved in a dispute resolution thread.

Right on that, but not everyone does that - So if the notice can show in their profile, it can prevent people from purchasing from the person who has the dispute opened in his ID.
