Summary of Dispute: After I paid he did not deliver my product. User stopped responding to me after trying to ask for more money, he said he needed $200 more to do it. No product was ever delivered and money was never refunded even though he told me he would refund. He just told me "Okay" when I told him I will report him on BHW.

Information For The Accused
@Naruto Uzumaki47, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. He scammed me for $200 3 days ago too, paid him and he disappeared, you can check the PMs between us here too, it would be a good idea to temp ban him until he responds so others can see the notice on his profile as he has hidden his recent activity/posting.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.
