(resolved) Dispute: @Deleted member 897365 v. @roberthreidar

The transaction originated from the BHW thread where @roberthreidar shared their Telegram contact, which I used to initiate the transaction. Screenshots of the thread are attached below.

I have attached screenshots of all conversations with @roberthreidar, including multiple attempts to resolve the matter and the seller’s lack of response.
I paid a total of $5,950 for Google Ads accounts and top-ups. Screenshots of payment receipts and the agreement are included as proof.

I contacted @roberthreidar via Telegram, as they had shared their contact details on a BHW thread. I initially purchased Google Ads accounts worth $5,950. The accounts were supposed to be delivered along with the agreed top-ups. However, the seller failed to provide the accounts as promised and has since stopped responding entirely. Despite multiple follow-ups and attempts to resolve the issue, no accounts or refunds have been delivered.

Attached screenshots include:

• The original agreement and proof of payment.
• Conversations where I followed up about the delivery of the accounts.
• Proof of the seller’s lack of response to my requests.

Resolution Expected: I request a full refund of $5,950, as the agreed service was not delivered.


PS: I've found various other threads that work in a similar fashion and there's a pattern among all these threads. The seller will be a new guy who recently purcahsed the membership to act as seller. Then, after a few months of activity, they will post a Thread to sell or offer a service and then lure people to buy their services. They will also provide the service/product to Moderator since these products are easily available in the market (and they'll just share the same for verification purposes). Then, they'll have new profiles (which are 2-4 months old from date of posting) start commenting on the sales thread saying: INTERESTED/CHECK YOUR DM/Great service etc. and atleast 2-3 pages of such messages will be there to make it look an old thread and well engaging. Then they'll start catching their fishes and start scamming. And then, they'll just go ahead and start the whole process all over again. There's no stopping them and you can't really verify who's a scammer and not. Also, there's not 1 valid buyer in this thread, who says this guy is a legit mf. I'm pissed that I fell prey to this guy at all. It's a shame

@roberthreidar - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Secondly, many people just want some impossible service
Especially with AdWords

You want to run a betting ,crypto, or forex ads and you want 100% non bannable account

This is impossible with AdWords
Alot of people are looking for crypto ads or sexual enhancement ads, then they start looking for 2011 account
With 100k spends

Sorry this doesn't guarantee a thing on AdWords anymore
No account is safe,even agency account do get banned quickly

Appreciate the empathy.
This guy delivered some members services, which I got to know after some guys contacted me telling they received his setvices.
But I checked the red flags later when the scammer stopped replying.

Also, I've been running Gads for 11 years now, and this is not something extraordinary I was expecting out of his service. I already am using old accounts, and if someone guarantees Non-bannable accounts, its clearly a scam !!

As per Sexual enhancement ads, I'm currently running it and making a 6-8k ad spend daily.

But just the scammers have just grown to an overwhelming high and there's no stopping.
Its just sad !!

Sorry for your loss OP.

For all reading this, please do your due diligence. Do not make high volume transactions with a 5 months old account with 200 posts. Of course you might get scammed from older accounts, but this just screams scam.
