If you only want reskin and wait Im sure it's not working, if you don't have developer skills and buy some code, reskin it and then work hard on aso and marketing, you have a great chance.

If you can reskin on your own then it is still possible to make money. Else it will be hard as programmer charges too much and it is getting hard to get recognition for your app because there are too many apps developer publishing everyday.

Actually it's still working but how you should do it . first thing Android market now is go down so you should leave it and go ios market no it's hot you can make more money

you can buy some ready source codes from marketplaces, and reskin them, or even some extra features if you know how to code in JAVA...
cracking the app is another way

i don't think so , reskin is process of editing one app 10X Times and you will find market full of it
The best is coding for zero .

Friend of mine done it, but he's android and web developer so it wasn't much of a problem for him. Thing is - how are you going to approach the market? You must be wise in the start or you blew it.

P.S. that app had lots of traffic... which we all know equals to $$$ (that's why I love SEO)

But it's not that easy as before. You cannot simply buy Mario clone and publish it in 5 accounts. This will not work.
