Hello
Recently I redesigned my website and ran into this issue. To optimize the images, I use WP-Rocket and tinyPNG.
Resized images don't have alt attributes, and they can't be viewed in the media library to fix it.
Is there any advice from an expert?

Some SEO plugins allow you to import HTML metadata in bulk, including alt tags.

I know RankMath Pro does this. In fact, RankMath does it automatically in case you forgot to add it.

It does it based on different criteria but, the most common is based on the page title or in the file name.

But, here´s a free plugin that might help you with what you need...

...here´s a paid alternative...

Thank you. However, I have already downloaded the first plugin and it only allows bulk changes to the media library, but the resized images are not displayed there. For example, there is an original image - image.jpeg and the auto-resized is image-200X200.jpeg.
I can't find a way to attach the original alt attribute to the auto-resize image.
