It seems that resize doesn't work when you uploaded the image
but if you get it by URL, it doess
Example
Uploaded
Uploaded but by URL
uploaded but by URL smol edition
You can just upload the img as per normal, then right click and get img URL and use that url instead C:

Since imgur don't work anymore, im lostIt seems that resize doesn't work when you uploaded the image

Upload your image as per normal
Right click it
Select Copy URL
Now insert Image and paste that url
now resize
it's an annoying roundabout method but it works.

As far as I can remember, this has been disabled because image quality drops significantly because of it,
Someone reported the problem with their BST(s),
BHW needs some better development for sure,
Even small SaaS & agencies would get similar problems sorted in a few weeks at most

i use https://postimages.org/ to upload images
i also use WINDOWS PAINT to resize images

Soooo, it looks like there's a bug in the forum software itself that's broken the resizing. So there's 1 workaround at the moment:
attach image -> open attached image -> copy URL -> choose the "by url" option in the insert image function. (ty @xReminisce for pointing this one out)
I do apologize for the inconvenience, but this one has to be fixed by the forum software company. I can confirm it's on their confirmed but list but no ETA on when it'll be fixed. But, I guarantee I'll be watching patch notes like a hawk!
Edit: updated as I wasn't aware you can't host elsewhere.
