Hi Guys,
Im currently building a new Meta ads Infrastructure using 4 USA based Profiles, for white hat advertising.
My main goal is to keep my profiles, BM and ad accounts live for as long as possible without triggering automated Meta flags.
I know Mobile proxies are usually the best, but these can get really expensive.
So if my goal is maximum account longevity in 2026, which proxy type is better to use in a anti-detect browser?
What are your current experiences regarding trust scores and avoiding automated checkpoints with these proxy types?
Let me know
Thanks!

- (rotating / sticky) Residential Proxies
- Static ISP Proxies
