Can anyOne recommend me any good residential VPN for Android?

Is there any special reason you want to use VPN? Why not Mobile Proxies as they are the best because of their rotative nature. You can search in the marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there.

Mobile proxies are too expensive and they don't work well with App's on Android to my knowledge and experience

You can get an ISP IP for like $10-$15 per month which should be detected as a residentai proxy
 
If you could find a server with a residential ip, a openvpn server could be set up in 2 mins. But I have never seen such a server to be honest, so..

Yes that's affordable
 
I think Starvpn still offer the residential ip, I was using their 4g wireless 2gb for free a day .
