Can you recommend me some good service that have static residential proxy or VPN from USA.
I ve used in past dslrentals and affiliatestelth but they have quite poor IP pools.

You won't really find providers doing a good work both on residential and VPN services.

For static residential there's luminati.

For vpn, you can choose ivpn (imo is the best for privacy).
