It's certain that any one provide that will be from Botnet
That's not true, and frankly it's just flat out inaccurate. There are any number of ways and reasons you might be able to find residential IPs as proxies. I've played around and simply range scanned on certain ports and found plenty of open residential proxies. Obviously there are plenty of botnet's that operate in such a way as well, but this notion that they're the only way that one can obtain home IPs as proxies is flat out wrong.
Lol, I wasn't even recommending any to you. I was simply stating that extremeboy's comment was incorrect, and actually pretty useless. I'm not really about any people-pleasing, so I'm not going to sugarcoat this to make anyone happy. If you think the only way to get quality residential IPs is through a botnet, you're a moron(Not directed at K1d1nk, I meant this as a general comment to anyone). Now obviously, if you need private one's that would make a HUGE difference, but in your OP you didn't state that. Even then, it doesn't automatically mean it is one. Also, even with a botnet it's difficult to assure you'd have the same IPs anyway, that's why most services that offer them are constantly updating. If you want to PM me I might have a few solutions for you anyway. Basically I'm sick of seeing the same 3 or 4 people post the same shit over and over without any real knowledge of how things work apparently. For instance, I know a guy that runs a private DSL network(don't bother asking, I'm not referring anyone). He has DSL lines in like 11 or 12 different cities right now. I forget how many lines he has per or how many IPs he's up to now exactly, but are you goign to tell me that all those are botnet's as well? You can believe what you choose, but if you open your mind and think outside the box, or just think in general, you might be surprised what's out there.
Sorry, new to posting, dont really do much online, i am already a subscriber to storm proxies while they are much better than HMA, which i on occassion also use, but they are not 100%, and have alot of their ip's blackisted with craiglist. I am new to the online and website SEO biz thingShameless request as well
Hey - I have BT broadband in the UK with a dynamic ip - I have set the lease time to an hour. However only when I hard reset the router do I get a new ip. I would like to get a new ip every hour do you know what I can do?You can get private resedental proxys but there so expensive your looking at £200 month service.
If you want proxies Residential all you need if in the uk is to hire bt broadband , they provide a normal internet line thu the phone, £50 month, and all you do is re set the router provided and you get a new resedental ip all the time.

ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
Open cmd.exe and try these commands..
I am interested in this too.. And don't mind botnet as long as they allow using them for scraping.
@revproxy, what's your pricing?
