Residential Proxy which doesnt slow down speed?

Hey guys,

I am currently using Proxies for Reddit and Twitter and I heavily realy on Download/Upload speed.
Sadly I tried different Proxy providers and different Locations all over Europe and the speeds all sometimes throttle.

Is there any provider who can give me a static download/upload speed? How come they all throttle?

All overrated proxy providers are not worrying about the quality of their proxies anymore. Try a company which is relatively new in the market. Try posting in the marketplace and someone will ping you up.
