I'd test a handful of accounts first instead of moving all 100 at once. That way you can spot any issues early and make adjustments before scaling up.

"No logs" and "0 fraud score" are two different things. Even clean residential IPs should always be tested against your specific use case.
I use Vodimob, no-KYC, no logs, 0 sites blocked and yes 0 fraud score. I pay for such proxy 100USD a month, it's not residential but mobile which is even better actually. Such solutions exist but you pay the price.

Aren't 100$ / month too costly though? What do you use the proxies for in order to offset the high cost?

I'd be careful with providers advertising "0 logs" or "0 fraud score" as absolute guarantees. Those are difficult to verify from the outside, and a fraud score can change over time depending on how an IP has been used. The best approach is to test a small batch of IPs against your actual target sites first.
I'd also check:
- Geo accuracy and ASN consistency.
- IP reputation on the services you plan to use.
- How quickly the provider replaces problematic IPs.
- Whether their privacy/logging policy is clearly documented instead of just being a marketing claim.
