Residential Proxies

Hello, I am looking for residential proxies. I am wondering if anyone knows of a US resi provider that has setups where you can allocate proxies by state/city and has speeds 500ms and below.

Most residential proxy providers allow you to set your proxies from a particular city or area because most providers will offer a proxy management tool after you sign up with them.

Whereas for the speed of your proxies, I am not sure you will get that kind of speed with any provider.
