Residential IPs on TrafficBot for Video Ad Views?

Hello friends,

I am looking for good but cheap residential rotating IPs for my trafficbot. I need to send traffic to webpages where even google adx/spotx are partners of the inserted video ad's network! They have all DC IPs blacklisted as warned by my account manager.

Can someone suggest me a cheap way to increase video ad views without risking my ad account in any way? Will residential IP pack from StormProxies work for me as their "unlimited bandwidth" is an essential feature I might require as lots of browsing-rebrowsing, lots of bandwidth consumption.

If you can suggest me any different clever way that'd be very much appreciated too.

Ad networks have list of IP's to block, or their advertisers have them.
You might not serve the ads even by sending traffic, but if you do, there is a great risk to get banned.

We are not sure if StormProxies is good. You can check their IP address in IP2Location and see if it is detected as proxy. If yes, it is likely you get blacklisted by ads network if you are using it.
