residential ip explaination

hi guys im a total noob i need a simple explaination i work in microjob site and i want to work as a usa citizen there i tried vpn and datacenter vps but it seems they detect it easily but i heard residential ip do the work so i need a residential ip to work there but the prices are so high but i found somthing strange they sell like 25 to 50 ports at once and i dont whats the use of having 25 ports and i guess just one ip and port will workes well for me (correct me if im wrong) so on my current problem i even dontknow what oim gonna get by purchasing residential ip ...is it gonna be like remote desktop vps or somthing?
