Reset Iphone without apple id password, is it possible?

No without the Apple ID password or having access to the recovery process there isnot much of a legitimate method to delete the Apple ID. There is not any way jailbreaking can help get past Activation Lock either. The best method would be to contact Apple to recover their account or reset the password.
