Yep agree with the above, doubt you'll re-sell anything on fiverr/odesk for a profit, it's a place full of penny pinchers who don't understand what you pay is what you get, they're fixated on "i must find the lowest price", quality is irrelevant....

I agree with this.. you have to be careful with many services here. There are very few quality seo services.
