Reselling SEO and SMM services?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of starting an online marketing company, but I find doing SEO time consuming and boring. My idea is to start a company that offers SEO, Local SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Reputation Management but to outsource all the work to somebody else. Are there any legitimate companies out there that provide resellers packages for all those services? Or the best way to go is to hire someone from oDesk?

You're going to earn more money if you put in the time and effort to recruit quality providers from sites like odesk and elance. I realize that wasn't your question, and to answer you directly there are clearly companies willing to resell the services but you're just asking for trouble in the long run. What's to stop those companies from taking your clients for themselves? The same could be said about individual providers but if you put in the effort and go through an interview process you'll end up with a small team of quality providers that may be replaced if need be. Don't put all of your eggs in one basket, it's just not a recipe for success.
