Reselling fiver services?

It's 2018 and I know I didn't make an invention.. but I was thinking to start reselling fiverr services. Can someone please advise if this is legal or at least suggest if it actually works, as i guess there are probably many people trying this.

I believe many still do in smm panels or sites that sell services like seoclerks

smm panels? seoclerks is a good option though i was thinking about it.
