Reselling BHW SEO Services

I'm creating a SEO Lead Generation site for lack of a better phrase. Basically going to just resell SEO services. I wanted to put it out there to see who you guys recommend as a solid provider. I didn't want to just pick one based on price because I want to make this a long term venture. If the provider goes away then I have to change the site and update everything.

I figured someone like me who is proactively driving traffic and hunting for that sale would be a valuable person for someone selling a service. Just wanted to get a public opinion on who would work.

I planned on just having 3 tiers of services (low, med, high) for a complete package and re-bill every month with varying term lengths. I could offer fiverr bonuses and such but I want stability in what I offer people.

Thought on this?

It works, I resell a link removal service to my email list and leads that come in.

I ask them if they have been penalized, offer them to clean up their backlinks, use a popular link removal service and mark up the prices they charge 5x.

I just monitor the campaigns and that is it. Monthly recurring income as well and most clients use the service for like 4 or 5 months. Also the nice thing is that I can fit multiple clients in the big package they offer so I am actually making much more than 5x.

For my seo clients I use a private homepage service and a couple supplementary services as required. Also a bunch of onsite to make sure it is correctly setup.

That is how most seo companies make their moeny, they dont do any of the work. Outsource it and just manage the campaigns. Easy money mate.

There are tons of quality providers here, just browse the BST's in the marketplace. Make sure to choose reputable names because when you're a reseller, it's your fame on the line with every job. If your provider fails you fail.

The hard part is getting the SEO leads in my experience. What are you planning to do for that?

You must have to edit your sales page on the website all the time. How do people order from you? All these offerings seem so random. I'm guessing you probably add sales promos in your emails to your list. Building an IM SEO lists seems like a smart idea. Give away an ebook / WSO or something. I need to check out some list building threads. Any tips on your providers? PM me.

That's the hard part. I've yet to figure it out. I know it's possible because other people are doing it. Just gotta stick with it. I'm sure there are some creative ways to drive traffic. My attitude is you have to have a business to be in business. Once I get it established I'll learn from there step by step.

You can contact local businesses in person and offer your services, you can spend a bit of time researching companies that are not ranking for a KW and then approach them, you can try offer your services on other forums, search classified sites and look for people in need of SEO, look at sites such as oDesk and reply to ads, join Linkedin and contact business owners, even try a business scraper and mass email them all. Try to get your own site ranked for several KW's as well, the proof is in the pudding. Anyway it is good to see you starting to streamline into one area. Best of luck.

I'll advice that you order from the provider you will be using as a reseller to see how good their service is.

That would be great if you can make a good strategy and find out some good gig owners from fiverr also if you look on blackhatworld market place there are many good service.

try to find out some reputable service by marketplace and take suggestion by yourself

Yup, that is the hard part. Some people can do the [grunt] work, some people have access to clients. The combination is a business

To the OP I'd recommend a service that offer whitelabeling reports and as much automation as possible.
That way you can build yourself a nice monthly passive income.

I wanted to stay away from fiverr and flight by night gigs here on BHW. I want an actual company. I already have a few in mind.

Reselling BHW services are good, just make a small research on services before that which you going to resell.

I vet my lists based on what they need mate, it can be a hassle but I know what clients need what service most of the time because I'm paying attention to their rankings and results.

New clients I simply runa quick backlink check and if it appears they have bad links and have seen a loss in rankings I then move them to the link removal service that I offer. All this outsourced via linkdelete. As I mentioned before I buy the biggest package with them, then I add my clients so that. I can fit 5 clients in the biggest package which is $297. I then charge each client $500 for the campaign. $2,500 for a $297 service. Easy money and then I have lifelong clients because I helped them recover from penalties.

For backlinks I just focus on the private link network first and do somewaht the same thing. The link network allows for a certain of number of links per package. I split it up as needed among clients. Track rankings with a rank checker like positionly and have my VAs create reports at the end of each month.

Mates I'll add one more tip that were doing that I think we'll make a killing with in the long term. We now monitor local rankings for a ton of local businesses, were tracking something like 1,000 local businesses and their rankings.

If a website was hit by a penalty or has seen a loss in rankings we reach out and let them know we can help them. We track these in a special campaign via our rank tracking. We sort it by biggest losses in rankings.

This helps because we proactively are reaching out and telling them that they have na issue. Most of the time they don't even know they had a loss in traffic or rankings yet. They then appreciate that and sign up for the link removal campaigns with us.

We are working on a way to get VAs to automatize this mates. It is a bit tricky right now but I think we are close. I give this away as there are too many local markets for this and competition isn't an issue.

We are also thinking about a direct marketing mailing campaign that they receive a physical mail letting them know of the ranking drop.

Its almost like we have a physical drop shipping business, but all electronic.

That's what you need, an actual company not a fly by night operation run by a front man who can just disappear one fine day and jeopardize your whole business. Most of our big resellers and partners have actually flew down to India and seen our 250 people operations before giving us their business.
