As the title suggests anyone using ResellersPanel.com?

I'm building sites for offline customers and want to sell them hosting. Yep I do have a resellers account with Hostgator and 5 quid hosts. I could just set them up on my reseller account and give them cpanel access easily enough and bill them via PayPal monthly. I've thought about using WHCMS to organize the billing and set up of accounts but it looks too bloody complicated!

The problem too is, local business here in the UK won't know what PayPal is, might not be happy using it and I think PayPal doesn't look that professional. And then of course there is customer support if their sites go down. I presume if you are offering hosting for clients you should be offering support. I wouldn't take hosting if there was no phone support.

Those of you who have clients websites on your hosting, how do you handle customer support? Is it a nightmare!

So I've started looking for whitelabel hosting and came across ResellersPanel which looks perfect for me. They handle everything anonymously. I set the prices and pocket the difference. I like the fact they handle all customer enquiries too. Any feedback would be appreciated.

OK, forget this, ResellersPanel offers annual billing only and not monthly. I can't offer hosting if a monthly option is not available.

I have been using httpme for years and love it. They have the basic tutorials that you can use on your site to support your customers.

I use resellerpanel and it works great for me! :)...sure its annual billing but thats still not bad!

Check out Hostwinds they have some good deals on whitelabel / reseller hosting
w/Cpanel etc.
