Resell Etsy Digital Products

Hi there,

I have some websites that will go perfectly with a digital shop. My question is - is it allowed to re-sell some Etsy digital downloads? Or is there any license you can acquire to do so?
I know it's not ethical - but I cannot find much in their terms - i just found in some people's listings saying that they prohibit the reselling etc....but it's just text on a selling product page.. if someone did or is doing this successfully let me know.

It's more about if a digital product owner, from Etsy, sees his product on my shop...what will happen, what can he do?!

A lot of People on etsy are reselling themselves. So you'll be reselling the resold stuff.
